Board Support Services started in 2020, when I began working as an independent board secretary.
Before the business came over 25 years supporting executives and boards as an executive assistant. When I stepped out on my own, I never could have imagined how it would grow, or that I would have the opportunity to work with clients Australia wide.
Whilst working in my business I noticed how the people supporting the board were missing something. They had nowhere to turn for support and guidance, which is why I now provide coaching and mentoring to executive assistants and board administrators.
Board support is often invisible, but its impact isn't.
